You can buy a reasonable instrument for less than a hundred pounds to get started, and once you have learned to tune up and play a couple of chords, you’re off! The popularity of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain has gone some way towards throwing this versatile little instrument back into the spotlight and it is gaining momentum as an instrument which is now being taught in many primary schools. A lot easier on the ear than a recorder!

I teach from my purpose-built space in my honme, which is easily accessible, near the train station in the centre of Guildford. I have all the equipment and teaching materials to enable me to deliver high quality lessons, every time.
